MJM provides a unique opportunity to help not only individuals to heal, but also communities to heal from the impact of trauma. It allows for the opportunity to honor each person’s unique story and journey to healing.
In addition, it provides opportunity for organizations and communities to learn about the impact of trauma and ways to build resilience when otherwise they may not have the means to gain access to this lifesaving information.
Chelsie Blakemore, Platte County Health Department
“When we were discussing how to educate child care providers on trauma informed care, we instantly thought of Jamie Wehmeyer with MJM Consulting. We were able to work with her to create a great plan of action on how to create trauma informed environments within our child care centers. Our child care providers are eager to learn about these concepts and continuously want to learn ways to help the children in their care! We plan on collaborating with MJM Consulting for as long as our providers are wanting to become trauma informed”
